Mgr. David Strupek studied Law Faculty at Charles University in Prague (1988 - 1993), after completion of his studies he worked as a junior lawyer.
He became an attorney at law and a member of the Czech Bar Association in 1998, he has been practising at the Law Firm Ürge & Černohlávek since 2001.

As a member of the team of lawyers of the Legal Assistance Hotline of the Our Child Foundation he is a co-awardee of the prize Lawyer of the Year 2006 in the category of Family Law, in the same year he was nominated also in the category of Civil and Human Rights.
