Ürge & Černohlávek, Attorneys at Law, is an association of two attorneys at law, whose partners from the very beginning are attorneys at law

and Dr. Josef Černohlávek.

The firm was established on January 1st 1998 and from that year it has been seated in the representative spaces of a beautiful rondo cubistic Adria Palace in the very centre of the City of Prague. The Law Firm represents a team of experienced lawyers with full professional capacity in areas of law , in which the firm provides legal services to its clients.

Within 10 years of its existence the Law Firm Ürge & Černohlávek successfully provided legal services to hundreds of clients from all around the world, natural and legal entities for their businesses, protection and enforcement of their civil rights and freedoms, intellectual creative activities, criminal defences and other areas of their needs.

In providing legal services we proceed with highest professional care, based on experience and with focus on clients' interests. Therefore, within providing legal services to our clients we carefully, in co-operation with them, found out all relevant circumstances of their legal matters, find out their interest, after thorough consideration of these findings we propose them the best, in our professional opinion, solution of their legal matters and we exploit all possible legal means of protection of their interests, which we consider beneficiary. We act thereupon honestly and dutifully and in accordance with the instructions of our clients and we inform them all circumstances which we found out during rendering legal services and which may have impact on change of their instructions.

Legal services provided by us to our clients in accordance with the Advocacy Act and other related laws include, without limitation, representation in court or other authority proceedings or in negotiations with third parties in the client's name, providing legal consultations to clients, drafting, reviewing and modifications of written materials, contracts and other documents, elaboration of legal analysis and other forms of legal aid according to client's needs.
